Living Waters Christian Fellowship

Living Waters Christian Fellowship is a Spirit-led, biblically guided church. We began in October 2004 with a small group gathering in a dance studio on Mill Street in Reno and have since grown into a ministry reaching beyond our local community and into other parts of the world. Over the years, we have sent missionaries who have planted churches in Guam and Japan, and we continue to celebrate the growth of our sister church in Yerington.

Today, our heart remains the same: to connect people to Jesus in a meaningful way and to raise up strong, devoted followers of Christ.

We are also called to be a regional church, believing in unity across Northern Nevada. We actively pursue this through partnerships with like-minded ministries, working together to strengthen the body of Christ and further the spread of the Gospel.

What to Expect

From the moment you arrive, you'll be welcomed with a warm smile and genuine fellowship.

Our Sunday service begins at 10:00 AM with a time of worship for the entire family as we gather together to honor the Lord.

During worship, we often set aside time for prayer, encouragement, and ministry. We also provide an opportunity for those who desire to give financially as an act of worship and gratitude to God.

The service continues with a Bible-based message designed to strengthen faith, encourage spiritual growth, and help us apply God's Word to everyday life.

Whether you are exploring faith, new to the area, or looking for a church home, we invite you to join us as we grow together in Christ and experience the love and presence of God.

The Pastor

Ric Fehr is the lead Pastor at Living Waters Church. He is a knowledgeable bible teacher and a Holy Spirit led preacher.

We believe the Bible is the inspired word of God.

We believe in the triune God: there are three persons

(Father, Son and Holy Spirit) yet still only one God. Just think of an egg, which is composed of the shell, yoke, and egg white. All three substances are separate and distinct, yet together they make the egg.

The Bible

The Bible is the inspired word of God. It is therefore without error.

The Virgin Birth

Jesus was conceived by His mother, Mary, by the Holy Spirit. The seed came from God and not Joseph, His natural father.

The Crucifixion

Jesus died on a cross at the hands of angry sinners, like you and me. His purpose was to accomplish His Father’s will of reconciling all mankind to Himself.

The Resurrection

Jesus rose from the dead. His resurrected life is in us because we have called on His name and been raised with Him for all eternity.

The Holy Spirit

God works in His people today through the Holy Spirit. Just as in the days of Acts, God continues His work in us and assures our future by giving us the transforming and life changing power of His Holy Spirit.

The Visible Return of Christ

We believe in the visible and soon return of Jesus Christ

Hell

We believe in a literal Hell, where the lost shall forever be separated from God in torment.

Heaven

We believe in a literal Heaven where the saved shall live eternally with God.

Salvation

We believe that salvation is God’s gift based upon His grace, not of man’s works, and is extended to all who will repent of sin and place their faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

Marriage and family are institutions ordained by the Lord God

God established these institutions Himself, from the very beginning of human history so these are sacred institutions. Marriage is between one man and one woman. Any other definition of marriage is contrary to the clear teachings of the Holy Bible and hence against the expressed will of God
